SUBSTANCE: optical communication system has transmitting station and receiving station, which are connected to by means of fiber-optical communication line, which has optical linear amplifiers, which active fiber is doped with rare- earth metal. Optical linear amplifiers are connected in series. Transmitting station has generation unit, which is designed for generation of signals using several predefined wavelengths, and transmission unit, which is designed for transmission of said signals to single fiber-optical communication line. Said optical signal receiving station has detection unit, which is designed for detection of said signal. In it, at least one optical linear amplifier has specified doping agents, fiber length and pumping power.
