SUBSTANCE: device incorporating coupling matrix 1 built around field-effect transistors and provided with amplifier circuits 5 has coupling elements with relatively high passband impedance; amplifier circuits 5 have CMOS-type inverter 6 and holding unit 8, as well as switch 7 of relatively low passband impedance through which line running from coupling element to input of inverter 6 is recharged to potential corresponding to inverter operating threshold within preliminary phase of binary-digit switching period so as during next, final, phase it can be recharged to potential corresponding to changed-over binary digit.
