SUBSTANCE: piezoid is made in the for of rectangular plate with piezomodule matrix material of type given in description of invention. Plate is positioned at certain angle to Y axis. Lithium niobite or lithium tantalate may be used as plate material. A number of optimal angles of plate turn are determined for mentioned materials.
