FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of pulped canned products from acid sorts of apples, plums, cherry plums, apricots, sea buckthorn, wild berries and pears. SUBSTANCE: method involves washing raw material, cleaning, inspecting, carrying out additional cleaning, grinding, boiling; performing dosage and mixing with fruit pulp; homogenizing, heating, packing and sterilizing cans. Fruit pulp used in the process has pH at least equal to 3.3. Mixing is conducted during grinding of raw material. Dosing is carried out in an amount of 10-15% of the total weight of tubers. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of product. 2 tbl
