FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining biological effectiveness of glucocorticoids applying formula reflecting interdependence of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and contractile capacity of myocardium with glucocorticoid activity. Prednisolone and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy is carried out. The glucocorticoid dose and excessive pressure magnitude are determined as inverse dependent ones with respect to biological effectiveness of glucocorticoids. The latter being increased, hormone dose is reduced to the point of its canceling. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
