FIELD: synthesis of ultradisperse diamonds just in the process of detonation of carbon- containing explosive in a blasting chamber. SUBSTANCE: the method of explosive synthesis of diamonds based on detonation of an explosive charge with a negative oxygen balance in a high-pressure blasting chamber and in a gas-liquid cooling medium, ejection of the obtained diamond charge from the blasting chamber and separation of diamond consists in the fact that the gas-liquid medium is produced before blasting and after blasting of the explosive charge by atomization of cooling liquid in the blasting chamber in blast products opposite the direction of action of gravitational forces. The obtained diamond charge is removed in a mixture with cooling liquid by displacement by the blast products. The device for realization of the method has a blasting chamber with an explosive charge placed in its center, explosive charge inlet system, charge initiation system, system for cooling liquid feed to the blasting chamber, blast products ejection system. The cooling liquid feed system uses a centrifugal atomizer installed in the bottom part of the blasting chamber. The blast products ejection system is connected to the cooling liquid feed system by means of a switching device. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
