FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the surface gluing of paper products. The composition for the gluing press, designed to improve the characteristics of the lignocellulose material, contains aluminum salt, gluing agent: anionogenic styrolacrylate emulsion, starch and anionogenic dye. According to visual observation using a microscope at 10x magnification, aluminum salt, the gluing agent, starch and anionogenic dye are uniformly dispersed in the composition for the gluing press. The invention also relates to a composition for a gluing press obtained by a method involving the combination of a dye and starch to obtain a dye-containing mixture and the combination of a dye-containing mixture, a gluing agent: styrolacrylate emulsion and aluminum salt to obtain a composition for a gluing press. The invention also relates to a method for sizing paper.
EFFECT: improved resistance of the lignocellulose material to the penetration of liquids is provided.
