FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: measurement channel 3 of body accommodates tube 5 on which thermal resistors 6,7 connected to measuring bridge circuit are positioned. Massive screen 10 placed between tube 5 and thermal insulator 9 and heat transmitting inserts 13, 14 are made of high heat-conductive material. Inserts are provided with through channels coaxial with measuring tube 5. Screen and inserts are heated up to constant temperature by temperature control heater.
