FIELD: electronics, design of klystrons, travelling wave tubes and of their hybrids. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has decelerating system in the form of network of ring resistors 1 coupled by slits 6 made in diaphragms 7 separating resonators, transit channels 4 and conductive elements 2. The latter are fabricated in the form of rings and are joined to side surfaces of outer conductors 3 of resonators which diameters exceed diameters of inner conductors 5. Coupling slits 6 in diaphragms 7 are made opposite to joints of rings with side surfaces of outer conductors of resonators. Transit channels 4 are located along axes of rings passing near free edges.
