Pulse accelerating voltage with duration of flat part meeting conduction t ≤ T < S/V, where T is duration of flat part of accelerating pulse, s; t is duration of examined process, s; S is distance between surface of photocathode and accelerating electrode, mm; V is rate of propagation of plasma with electric puncture of vacuum gap, mm/s is applied between photocathode and accelerating electrode.
