FIELD: microwave treatment of liquid products (water, milk, juices, beer, pasters). SUBSTANCE: liquids are treated in microwave unit at temperature rate of 250-350 C per second; microwave field flux density maintained in treated liquid is about 800 W/cm. Pasteurization process is fully automated so as to ensure steady operation of unit at such heating rate. EFFECT: improved quality of treated products. 1 dwg
