FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for heat treatment of food liquids, waste water and liquid organic fertilizers. Microwave pasteuriser comprises a microwave generator, a liquid microwave heating chamber and a heat exchanger. Chamber of liquid microwave heating and heat exchanger are made in single structure out of two coaxial metal pipes. Inner cavities of metal pipes are communicated via thermostatic valve. Liquid microwave heating chamber is connected to the output of the microwave generator through a matching device made in the form of a quarter-wave transformer of wave resistance arranged in an external pipe in the form of an insert from a solid dielectric and a metal central conductor.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring performance of the pasteuriser in automatic mode, reducing heat losses and power consumption.
