FIELD: medicine, cardio-vascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should dissect fibrous aortal ring, dissect aortal root from two sides through the middle of noncoronary valve up to the bottom of anterior fold of mitral valve and through median commissural by capturing an intergastric septum for the depth of about 4-5 mm for the length of 5-10 mm. Moreover, one should control the degree of aortal root's widening with the help of a calculating caliber. Then it is necessary to suture in two kerchief-shaped xenopericardial patches into incisions for prosthetics of aortal valve. The innovation enables to adequately widen narrow aortal ring and implant a prosthesis of necessary diameter by keeping the stereometry of outflow route of left ventricle that causes favorable impact upon intracardiac hemodynamics and clinical state in post-surgical patients.
