FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a traumatology and orthopedics. Vertebral implant comprises the main part with a crosswise hole. Main part on its end faces is atomically shaped as a real vertebra. On side surfaces of the main part there is a free surface centering holes made in two parts of an anatomic shape with acanthas and in the main part of the implant. Pins are installed in the holes with the possibility of their fixation relative to each other.
EFFECT: invention provides maximally similar vertebral implant shape to a real (natural) vertebra form, before trauma or injury with the possibility of patient's spinal cord installation in the vertebral channel of the implant, and then installation of the main part of the implant carrying the main load.
