FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in carrying out repair operations at well head without plugging of well. Improved device has body which accommodates sealing member and lock relative to string of pump-compressor pipes. Device is also provided with rod which has axial and radial passages, slots, and sealing member on its side surface. Body is made with axial passage and openings for locks. Locks are seated in slots of rod. Rod is positioned for possible axial displacement relative to body. Sealing member of rod is made for possible creation of space in pump-compressor pipes due to cooperation with sealing member of body, rod, and body itself. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
