FIELD: electrical equipment of motor cars; voltage regulators for vehicle generators. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in voltage regulator are diode built around broadband semiconductor, diode built around mentioned semiconductor, two resistors, trimmer resistor, and DC amplifier; first resistor is connected to anode of diode built around broadband semiconductor and to noninverting input of DC amplifier; trimmer resistor is connected to anode of diode built around mentioned semiconductor and to inverting input of DC amplifier; second lead of trimmer resistor is connected to third lead and to second-resistor lead; second leads of first and second resistors are coupled with regulator plus conductor, cathode of diode built around broadband semiconductor and that of diode built around mentioned semiconductor are connected to regulator minus conductor; DC amplifier output is connected to first input of comparison circuit. EFFECT: enhanced service life of storage batteries, facilitated starting of internal-combustion engines. 1 dwg
