FIELD: aeronautical and space engineering. SUBSTANCE: tube-envelope includes protective coat 6 made from concentric layers 7 fastened to one another and to framework 1 by means of polymer binder 5. Layers 7 are made from cloth of linen weave of polycaproamide fibers 8 coated with material 9 made from copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride, made as a version with commercial carbon. Fibers 10 of warp and fibers 11 of weft of protective coat 6 are oriented respectively in circumferential and radial directions of tube-envelope. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
