FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: closed pipe line 1 is coupled to operating medium delivery system, to pump 2 for operating medium displacement and to bunker 4 with abrasive. Installation also includes cooling and heating device 22 for changing the operating medium temperature, specimen holders 5, and electromagnetic mechanical system 10 intended for operating medium control. System 10 includes magnetic regulator 11 of abrasive quantity, electronic controller 12 of abrasive quantity, and electromechanical regulator 13 of operating medium flow rate. Feedback assembly 15 includes sensor 16 of operating medium flow rate and abrasive density radioactive sensor 17. Installation also has electromechanical controller 14 of specimen rotary speed, and pickup 18 of specimen rotary speed and removable pickup 19 of specimen geometrical parameters connected to electric motor 7. Rotor 8 is introduced into installation. Dynamic unit has tank 6 with specimen holders 5 and nozzles 9. Holders 5 are fixed oppositely in pairs on rotor 8. Holders 5 may be fixed inside tank 6 on its walls. Rotor 8 is rubberized with packing material, and value of clearance between operating surface of specimens and face of rotor 8 equals 0.1-1.0 mm. Specimen holders 5 may be secured in brackets 24 positioned on walls of tank 6. EFFECT: more reliable control of material wear. 4 cl, 2 dwg
