SUBSTANCE: mirror includes plate- backing made from composite carbon-carbon material with reinforcing frame produced from carbon FIBRE of three-dimensional spatial orientation and pyrocarbon matrix with volumetric proportion of fibre to pyrocarbon equal to (0.6-0.4):(0.4-0.6). Reinforcing frame is formed by laying of one or several packages of layers (sheets) of carbon cloth so that threads of wrap of any two contacting layers ( sheets ) of cloth in lay of frame form angle equal to 180 deg: n, where n is number of layers of cloth in package and ≤ and by their broach in vertical direction with uniform stepping till volumetric proportion of fibres in horizontal and vertical directions is achieved.
