FIELD: method for changing weather conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves increasing or reducing heat release during condensing of water vapors on atmosphere conduction ions by changing conduction current through atmosphere. To do that, negative electric potential (relative to earth surface) is created at certain altitude above earth surface and conduction current through atmosphere is increased. As a result, air temperature is increased. By creating positive potential, air temperature is reduced. EFFECT: increased efficiency in weather conditions control and simplified method. 4 cl, 2 dwg
