FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impact on atmospheric conditions. One performs control of drought by artificial evoking of precipitation by action on electrical characteristics of clouds. Inoculation of the convective cloud is performed from Earth's surface during their transfer above place of installation of the automated device with pyrotechnic composition for thermal ionization of alkali metals. During alteration of surface of the electric field intensity sign on opposite one under effect of formed spatial charge in cloud ignition of pyrotechnical composition is initiated. Then it is ejected into under cloud space, where formed charged aerosol is involved by convective flow in cloud space and causes chain process of enlargement of cloud drops to their gravity sedimentation to Earth's surface in form of precipitation.
EFFECT: providing artificial inducing precipitation from convective clouds passing over specified territory.
