FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing trabeculectomy near the place sclera changes into cornea. Longitudinal slit is cut in the sclera to place porous drain manufactured from biocompatible material, casing portion of which has polyhedral form. The rest of the drain is arranged in deep layers of sclera so that one of it s surfaces communicates with the anterior chamber without protruding into its lumen.
