FIELD: device enabling individual to move. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has platform for accommodating boot fastener, paired front and rear wheels and brake. Casing with boot is mounted on platform. Rear part of boot is provided with sides positioned in its upper part. Sides may be wide opened. Platform is arranged between support points of wheels with rolling surface. Axle of front wheel is positioned above metatarsus and axle of rear wheel - behind individual's leg heel. Distance between wheel axles is equal to individual's foot length.
