FIELD: equipment allowing person to move across different types of roads and grounds and used by pedestrians as well as by runners. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has platform with pairs of front and rear wheels, with platform being disposed between support points of wheels for rolling, and braking devices. Front wheel axle shafts are attached with their one end on platform in opposed relation to metatarsus of person' foot. Distance between wheel axle shafts is 5-15% shorter than length of person' foot. Another version is characterized in that axle shafts of front and rear wheels are inclined to horizontal axis of apparatus. Such construction of apparatus allows person's speed of movement to be increased, steadiness of movement and, a result, "mild" mode and smooth curve of loads for locomotor apparatus to be provided.
