FIELD: prevention of metal corrosion. SUBSTANCE: to protect concealed hollows of automobile bodies, anticorrosive compound is applied to their internal surfaces by airless spraying and dried by compressed hot air. After drying, internal volume of concealed hollows are filled at pressure with foam plastic aerosol based on polyurethane foam for full sealing of the volume with subsequent self-hardening. EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection from corrosion of internal surfaces of automobile bodies concealed hollows, increased mechanical strength of their load-carrying members and perfected automobile ergonomic characteristics due to improved acoustic and vibration parameters. 1 tbl
