FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in placing the definite composition between friction surfaces. This composition consists of organic binder, for example oil and abrasive-like agent which form wear-resistant film. Used as abrasive-like agent is mechanic-activated finely dispersed (0.001 to 1 mk) powder of metamorphic ultrabasic rock, for example, coil in amount of 5 to 50 mas-% whose composition includes oxides of magnesium, calcium, silicon, aluminium, water and other admixtures. This agent is introduced in composition after removal of excess of above- mentioned organic binder; then remaining amount of additional binder is introduced. Used as additional binder is metalloorganic composition on base of chemical solutions of metals, for example, tin, copper, aluminium, zinc possessing high antifriction and film-forming properties. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
