SUBSTANCE: device has current source 6, variable resistor 14 connected to positive pole of current source 6, needle electrode 11 and micrometric mechanism 8 of its vertical delivery connected to it, and galvanometer 10 connected to output of micrometric mechanism 8. Device also has body 1 with supporting bracket 9, audio signalling device, for example, buzzer, two-position switch 5 and metal roller 2 having dielectric coating of rolling surface and secured loosely on supporting bracket 9 of device body 1. Audio signalling device output is connected to metal roller, and its input is connected to positive pole of electric current source through two-position switch and variable resistor.
