FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining concentration of protein associated to pregnancy of alpha-2-glycoprotein in blood serum by applying rocket immunoelectrophoresis before treatment and in 10-12 days after the treatment and then, every month. Its concentration being equal to 0.006-0.012 g/l, favorable disease development is to be predicted, the concentration of 0.013-0.020 g/l being the case, disease recurrence is to be predicted, the concentration of 0.021-0.028 g/l being the case, unfavorable prognosis is to be given as high probability of turn of obligate precancer into early laryngeal carcinoma.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
