FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves sowing in strips transverse to slope; cutting water-absorbing slits with following mulching by plant mass; embedding plant mass into soil. High-stalk crops are sown simultaneously with slitting within slot and restoration of slits prior to leaving slots for winter. Next year, sowing in slots is effectuated with lower slope offset relative to last year site. Slope offset value is equal to slot spacing width. Plant mass of last year crop in slots may be used as mulching mass. EFFECT: increased efficiency in preventing soil erosion and simplified method.
