FIELD: medicine, human organ and tissue irradiation in gastroenterology, stomatology, dermatology, urology, prolonged incorporal irradiation of blood, wounds and biotissues. SUBSTANCE: method is fulfilled by conducting irradiation of bioobject with electromagnetic waves within optic range regulated according to frequency-energetic parameters by emitter. The latter is put into autonomous capsule and placed in front of necessary object under impact. Beam pattern of emitter is chosen within a range of 0.2-4π steradian. Autonomous waterproof capsule has a power source connected with a light source through a control unit. Capsule's body has elements made of optically transparent material.
