SUBSTANCE: device has power supply unit and control unit positioned in capsule and connected to housing which accommodates optical-range radiator, permanent magnet and microwave radiator with wave length of 0.001-0.3 m and radiator of electromagnetic pulse of 0.001-300 mc duration. External casing of housing or entire housing is made of flexible material for giving it form the most fitting to surface to be treated and arranging it on this surface by means of attachment members. Control unit includes pulse generator and timer. It can control simultaneous and successive modes of switching on the radiators.
