FIELD: shipbuilding; designing of high-speed vessels equipment with aft or fore and aft automatically controllable interceptors and moving in transient state or in planing. SUBSTANCE: high-speed vessel includes hull with transom stern with aft automatically controllable interceptors extended from under aft break of bottom; height of these interceptors is equal to 0.005 to 0.025 of width of bottom at area where interceptors are mounted; aft break of bottom is made in form of planing step whose height is no less than height of interceptors. Planing step is shifted forward from transom by amount equal to 5-15 heights of interceptor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
