Abstract RU 2108280 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering; facilities for lifting people and loads in height from one level to the other in cradles and on working platforms. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic telescopic hoist has boom consisting of telescopically connected fixed outer and movable middle and inner sections, outer section being hinge-coupled with boom lifting hydraulic cylinder and slewing post installed on base secured on truck chassis frame. Free end of inner section is hinge connected with cradle. Hoist has also middle section displacement hydraulic cylinder and inner section displacement drive. Inner section displacement drive is made in form of hydraulic cylinder installed in inner space of sections is parallel with middle section displacement hydraulic cylinder and is hinge connected with inner section through rod. Each section displacement hydraulic cylinder is hinge- mounted on axles secured on middle section. Middle section displacement hydraulic cylinder is hinge-connected through rod with outer section, and piston spaces of section displacement hydraulic cylinders are connected by pipeline provided with adjusting valve. Hole is made in upper flange of outer section. Detent made in form of cylinder with axially-movable rod is fitted in the hole square to longitudinal axis of section. Cylinder rod has compression spring and flat on end for engagement with stop installed on end of middle section. Rollers mounted on above-indicated end of rod are designed for engagement with end piece installed on end face of inner section. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
