FIELD: microbiological methods. SUBSTANCE: method is intended to be used when preparing dry preparations in ampoules and when making collections of live microorganism cultures. Preparations are dried in ampoules through sublimation involving feeding cooled inert gas into each ampoule, pressure difference between fed and outgoing streams being ΔP = 0.98 to 2.94 Pa. EFFECT: essentially reduced power consumption and speeded up drying procedure.
