FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining 5 ml of venous blood taken at the empty stomach at the twentieth-twenty second day of the menstrual cycle. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and alphaglycerophosphate dehydrogenase contents in blood is determined. The mentioned enzymes activity being 62.5 mcMole/min and 57.2 mcMole/min, respectively, hormone therapy is considered to be successful. The glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase value rising to 190.5 mcMole/min and that of alphaglycerophosphate dehydrogenase rising to 425.9 mcMole/min, hormone therapy is considered to have no success.
