METHOD OF EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF REASONABILITY OF CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF INTERNAL ENDOMETRIOSIS OF CORPUS UTERI Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2459582 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, X-ray diagnostics in gynecology and can be used in clinical practice for determination of indications for hormone therapy and selection of method of treatment of patients with internal endometriosis of corpus uteri. At the background of intake of combined oral contraceptives by duplex ultrasonic scanning in B-mode and colour Doppler mapping determined is number of blood flow loci per unit of myometrium area, determined in sagittal section of corpus uteri on the borders between endometrium and internal layer of myometrium. As well as on the border between meddle and external layers of myometrium at the level of arcuate plexus, before treatment and then - three months after beginning of treatment. Provided that total reduction of number of blood blow loci in all examined layers of myometrium by not less than 45%, reasonability of continuing course of conservative treatment is determined and low risk of recurrence is predicted.

EFFECT: method ensures prediction of efficiency of long hormonal treatment, without application of special additional equipment, simplicity, non-invasiveness, carrying out procedure within 2-3 minutes.
