Resonance-tuned waves accompanied by energy transfer to user are produced by varying generator frequency. Device has variable-frequency AC voltage generator, high-voltage transformer one of whose high-voltage winding leads is connected to one of input terminals of using equipment and second lead is insulated. Lead feeding energy to user can be provided with facilities for matching it with using equipment, such as rectifier unit or transformer converter.
