FIELD: motor vehicle turn indicators; warning devices operating in flicker mode. SUBSTANCE: chopper hardware ensures transfer of output switch to amplifier mode for 10-30 ms sufficient to warm up filaments of pilot lamps to desired level and cut-off of output switch in case of short-circuit in load. It is provided with short-circuit protective unit. EFFECT: improved reliability of CHOPPER due to facilitated operation of output switch and pilot lamps during ON- operation. 2 dwg
