SUBSTANCE: method for searching routes for delivery messages to mobile user uses code of network address of commutation unit of its current location. Correction of routes to mobile unit is achieved at commutation units using service correction message which contains correction feature code, network address code of mobile user, and commutation unit code of initial location of mobile user. Goal of invention is achieved by decreased range of correction that does not affect complete data transmission network, but its local regions. EFFECT: automatic decentralized correction of routes to mobile users, decreased amount of network resources required for correction, decreased memory required for commutation unit for storage of route data, increased speed of route correction. 5 dwg
