FIELD: food and fat-and-oil industries. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at producing high-quality fat-and-oil product for direct utilization as food and also as dietetic food additive in the cases of cardiovascular pathology and for prophylaxis of atherosclerosis. Product constitutes food vegetable phospholipids prepared by hydrating crude vegetable oil in a zone affected by alternate rotating electromagnetic field with intensity 50-250 kA/m and subsequent treatment in a zone affected by constant electromagnetic field with intensity 250-350 kA/m and drying at 55-65 C. According to invention, product is supplemented with refined and crude deodorized vegetable oil and contains 25-50 wt % of phospholipids. Product may also contain vitamin A and/or its provitamin in quantity as high as 1.0 wt %, up to 1.5 wt % of vitamin E, and $$$-extract of carrot seeds up to 1.0 wt %.
