FIELD: fat-andoil industry. SUBSTANCE: product consists of vegetable phospholipids, which are prepared by fourfold mixing of preheated starting edible vegetable phospholipids with organic solvent. Before the third mixing, solvent is supplemented by 5-10% (of the weight of phospholipids) of solution of mixture of citric and succinic acids in watered acetone, ratio of acids ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 and their summary content constituting 1-2.5% of the weight of phospholipids. Phases are further separated to produce solution of neutral lipids and phospholipids, which are dried.
