SUBSTANCE: oil or fat is treated with 20-30% aqueous solution of citric and succinic acids' mixture taken in ratio (1.2-1.5): 1 and in amount of 0.03-0.2% based on the weight of oil or fat. Treatment is conducted in alternate electromagnetic field with intensity 0.5-0.7 Tl. Treated material is liberated of free fatty acids by distillation at 180-200 C.
