SUBSTANCE: the qualitative content of total immunoglobulin E is determined by immunofermentative assay in serum of umbilical or peripheral blood of neonatals. At its quantitative content being equal or higher 8 kilounits/liter the development of atopic allergic disease in neonatals is predicted. EFFECT: higher safety of the method which could be applied during the first month of child's life.
