SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to pediatrics, neonatology, allergology and pediatric gastroenterology. A method for predicting food allergy to cow milk protein in children, including the determination of anamnestic and genetic risk factors, is proposed. The risk of developing food allergy is calculated using the prognostic model P=(ey/(1+ey))×100%, where y=-2.45-0.56* X1-1.27*X2-0.62*X3+3.34*X4+2.22*X5. X1 is the presence of the factor of late breast-feeding, X2 is the presence of the factor of artificial/mixed feeding in the maternity hospital, X3 is the presence of the factor of antibacterial therapy during pregnancy, X4 is the presence of the T786C eNOS factor, X5 is the presence of the A1298C MTHFR factor, where X1,2,3,4,5=1, if the sign is present, X1,2,3,4,5=0, if the sign is absent. At the resulting risk of 50% or more, the risk of developing a food allergy is predicted. At a risk of 49% or less, the child is predicted to have no risk of developing a food allergy to cow milk protein.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain reliable information about the risk of developing food allergy in children from the first days of life in a short time using the method for statistical modeling.
