Year-round ice bath house has walls, doors, bath positioned within space defined by walls and doors, with bath depth varying in stepped way around peripheral parts. Ice bath house is further provided with bath hand rails, sanitary equipment, power unit, sportive section, cloak rooms, shower rooms, fine and coarse water filters, roof, lobby, transoms, adaptation air chamber, water mineralization source and air aeration source, refrigerators for setting required temperatures. Detachable coarse water filter is formed as perforated false bottom and fine water filter is provided with movable link and mechanical drive for driving water steps and paired levers. Lobby is communicated with sportive room through cloak-rooms. Adaptation air chamber is communicated with cloak-rooms through shower rooms. Bath house rooms, adaptation air chamber and sportive rooms are interconnected via hermetically sealed passages. Roof, walls and transom define hermetically sealed housing.
