METHOD FOR COMPLEX CONTRAST ACCLIMATIZATION AND HEALTH IMPROVEMENT OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61H1/00 A61F7/00 

FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for complex contrast hardening and health improvement of preschool children. Method includes sequential performance of morning warm-up at temperature +21–+22°C, for 5–7 minutes, air procedure at air temperature from −5 °C to −25 °C for 30–40 seconds and grinding snow and hands for 5–10 seconds. Further, the children stay in the sauna at temperature of 50–55 °C for 5–7 minutes with respiratory exercises by A.N. Strelnikova Palms, Shoulder Straps and Pump and acupuncture massage. That is followed by taking 50–100 ml of water and going outside for 5–10 seconds. Complex of procedures is performed during 3 months in autumn-winter period. Children in the hardening group are selected according to special criteria and for health reasons.

EFFECT: method provides the prevention of respiratory diseases, immunoresistance increase, improved adaptive capabilities of a child's body from psychophysiological reactions and functional activity of the immune system ensured by performing hardening techniques.
