FIELD: systems for laser treatment. SUBSTANCE: installation includes high-power gas laser, transportation and focusing system and matching telescope made of cylindrical mirrors. Such laser irradiates output beam extended in direction of telescope compression. In laser generating elliptical cross-section beam may be used astable, stable-astable or stable resonator whose acoustics fills almost the whole space of excitement chamber. In order to enhance quality of output irradiation, output beam is three-dimensionally filtered in plane of compressing it by means of telescope due to arrangement of slit filter in focal plane of said telescope. It provides significantly less irradiation intensity in focal point of telescope in comparison with spheric telescope and prevents break-through in diaphragm edge.
