FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method of hexose hydrolyzate processing involves the use of beer dregs as plant raw. The latter is subjected for hydrolysis with 1-3% sulfuric acid at 100-120 C for 2-4 h. Then hydrolyzate is neutralized, precipitate is separated and wort is obtained. For fermentation of wort sugars to alcohol yeast Saccharomyces uvarum, strain F-S-2, Candida sehate, strain U-1632 or their mixture are used. Constant aeration for 10 min by every hour is carried out in the process of fermentation. EFFECT: increased yield of alcohol. 2 tbl, 3 ex
