FIELD: spectrophotometry; physics; chemistry; biology. SUBSTANCE: single-beam spectrophotometer differs from the known one in that it uses light coming from several sources overlapping in summary wide spectral area (for example from deuterium valve or incandescent lamp). Summary light flux having passed through tray containing the object under test gets into polychromator which makes it possible with the aid of several photodetectors to record passing (absorption) of light by object in several diffraction orders overlapped in spectrum but not in space. Diffraction grating of polychromator is manufactured so that required distribution of power concentration over diffraction orders used is obtained. EFFECT: more efficient construction. 2 dwg
