FIELD: medical and clinical biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: essence of this invention resides in forming liquid-crystalline dispersion of cholesteric DNA in water-salt solution containing proxanole (block-copolymer of ethanol and propanol oxide), adding acrylamide monomer solution to above admixture and triggering their polymerization which is accompanied by formation of synthetic polymer matrix in entire solution. Spatial arrangement of proxanole molecules cross-linked by polyacrylamide ensures formation of so-called "pseudo-capsules" enclosing liquid-crystalline cholesteric DNA dispersion.
